Lifetimeâ„¢ Flowers FAQs
Our Lifetime™ Flowers are real flowers that have been naturally enhanced to last up to three years without any water! These flowers are grown in our lush farms in Ecuador and Colombia. The volcanic region, elevation, and climate contribute to the growth of the largest, strongest and most beautiful florals that we deliver directly to you! At the peak state of bloom, our flowers are clipped and their color is removed using a non-toxic bleaching agent. We then infuse our flowers with non-toxic and non-allergenic oils and waxes along with food-grade dyes to achieve the best texture and color. Your flowers will keep their look and feel for many months to come!
Our entire range of flowers including peonies, roses, sunflowers, orchid, gardenias and pampas are 100% real and grown all over the world.
Our flowers are not intended to be removed from the box. The box acts as a vessel for the flower and is part of the design of the arrangement. Removing the flowers from the box will damage the arrangement.
Never water your roses. Avoid extreme cold, heat and humidity. Keep out of direct sunlight and light sources. If your arrangement becomes dusty, you may use a light duster to remove the dust off of your arrangement. Roses should remain upright in their box avoiding contact with  furniture.
Shipping FAQs
We offer nationwide shipping for all of our arrangements! We use Fedex for all orders placed on our website.
Because every single bouquet is custom created, La Fleur does not accept returns. Please also note, your order cannot be canceled or modified in any way once the order has been placed. Should there ever be a problem with your order, please send us an email and we will be sure to resolve it.
After you have added your items to your cart you will have the opportunity to select a delivery date. If you choose a specific delivery date when placing your order, we will do our best to arrange delivery for that day. You acknowledge that requested delivery dates are non-binding estimates only and that you have no claim against us for any delays or early deliveries. Once your order is in the hands of the carrier we have no control over the delivery process and we recommend you choose a delivery date at least one day early to avoid disappointment in the event there is a delay with the carrier. Specified delivery dates may not be available for some of our smaller arrangement which are shipped ground.
