Our story
How it started
Our story begins in an apartment in downtown Los Angeles. Founder Hagar Elaziz was naturally drawn to the infamous Flower Market she lived less than a mile away from. The television producer turned "rosepreneur" landed on the idea of precision arrangements by accident. Repurposing an old white gift box into a vase instantly modernized roses. The photo of the arrangement was shared with her late mother and because of her feedback, Elaziz leaned into the idea of starting a floral brand. Within a week she had personally built a website and started accepting and fulfilling orders. She had no idea how rapidly La Fleur Bouquets would blossom into the leader of long lasting floral bouquets.
Quality first
We started making the products we wanted to see in the world and we did this with an uncompromising approach to sustainability. Our founder took a trip to Ecuador to source and further develop preserved roses. Here she created over 25 custom colors including the viral concept of Gold Roses. Each rose is preserved in the glorious Andes Mountains and then shipped to our design studio in Los Angeles where they are created into beautiful arrangements.
The Garden
With the idea of Lifetime Roses, we were able to disrupt an antiquated floral industry. We continue to add new flowers to our beautiful garden. Sunflowers, Gardenias, Garden Roses, Orchids, Hydrangeas and more are now available and last for years! Perhaps the most iconic flower we have developed for preservation is Elaziz's personal favorite, the elusive Peony. Nearly 3 years after endless trials, we are now the only company in the world offering Lifetime Peonies. Our peonies are grown and preserved in our facilities in Europe and shipped to our Los Angeles design studio for arranging. Now you can keep the most seasonal flower in your home year round!
